I am originally from Butwal, Nepal. I came to Omaha in 2007 as an Engineering student. My first job was as a dishwasher in a local Indian kitchen. Since then, I have earned my Culinary Degree from Metro Community College. I have worked for some amazing chefs from the area. I have had the privilege to run a local Indian kitchen for several years. And now, I am very grateful for the opportunity to have my own kitchen. I look forward to sharing the cuisine I love cooking the most with you all. Welcome to Saffron.
